5. Intellectual Property & YouTube API Services

5.1 All video playback is rendered via official YouTube Embedded Player API endpoints. TubeInside does not claim ownership of third-party video content or subtitle audio tracks hosted on YouTube.

5.2 The interface design, AI watch plan algorithms, and search indexing systems belong to TubeInside and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and generated study roadmaps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational assistance. TubeInside is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated summaries or timeline coordinates.
