Linked Helper Review: Safe LinkedIn Automation Tutorial
Added:Hey guys. [music] So in this video I want to introduce you to one of my favorite LinkedIn automation tools, Linked Helper. Now before you start to panic, automation automatically feels like spam [music] or feels like your account may get impacted. Now I want to confirm that this is one of the safest tools on the planet. It goes under all of the limitations that LinkedIn [music] put out there. So, you can use this safely in the knowledge that there's going to be no problems with your LinkedIn account. [music] Now, a whole bunch of other automation features are in there. And I want to show you how I personally use it to have gotten the growth that I've got, which I've nearly got 45,000 followers, 30,000 connections, and I regularly spend about 10 minutes a day setting this up. And the account goes away and does all the actions that I want it to take. So, let's dive into it. So, this is the dashboard that you will get once you've downloaded everything. and you will see your LinkedIn, there's a plug-in store, there's a CRM, and various other options down the bottom. But I'm going to crack on and show you the campaign section first. Now, we all know that LinkedIn could take you hours and hours and hours per day to go through and do everything that you need to do. So, what things or who can use this? Now, it can be used for pretty much anyone. Now, let's say you're a recruiter and you want to go and find employees, potential employees for someone you're working on behalf of.
You can go through LinkedIn and extract the employees and then set up a messaging sequence which would allow you to start to engage with those potential candidates. Simple and easy, all on autopilot.
or you know if you're a freelancer for example and you want to try and get your services or products in front of the right people again you could go and search invite and follow up with the right connections and work that way. Now, if you're something in between or you know whatever it may be, whatever company you are, there is always potential customers, contacts, people to work for you or whatever it may be. And you can set up these campaigns to do all of this automatically. It's a massive timesaver and it's helped me grow my profile beyond belief. So, I've used it for years. It is totally safe and easy to use and it is simple to use. Now, for me, I want to invite people to follow my company page. So, I'm going to set up a test campaign here um called test company page. Just put the name in there. And I'm going to continue with the selected template here.
Now, I need to go and get my company page. You'll see that my company page has 677 followers. My personal profile has 44,000 followers. What happens here is more people follow your profile than they do your page. However, that ties people into contacting you. You want your page to work better and that's something I need to work on. So, that is why I've selected this option. So, I'm going to put my page URL in here. Click next. And you're then asked to create a custom message which is predefined for you which you can absolutely edit. And it's this this is a custom message here. Now you can go and click edit and add whatever you want to it. My advice would be to make it as personalized as possible and then save and close and go on to the next section. Now, this is where the follow-up sequence happens, and you can send up follow-up messages and so on to try and get people if they haven't taken action. Now, you can either click I don't want to send a second message or you can try again to get that done. Now in here it also says send message in and you can have it whether it be 1 day after the initial message, 5 days, 25 days or whatever suits you. So you can go in here and again select next.
Now how far do you go with this? It is entirely up to you.
I for inviting people to my company page I don't want to send them five or six messages. That is overkill. Common sense tells me that. So, I'm only going to send two on that campaign. And then I'm going to click finish. [snorts] Now, from here, we need to find out who I am going to be connecting to. If you are uh on sales navigator, you can use your search page or your list page. If you're a recruiter, it can be your search page or your product page. And just for me, I can use the search page, company people page, my group page, my event page, or whatever one of these options I want to, but I'm going to use the search page. Up comes a little message, and it's just advising me to use my filters. So, I can click first connections, and this is going to invite my first connections to my company profile page. Now I could do it to second, third, and I can even be location specific if I only wanted people in the UK to connect with my company page. Whatever the need, the settings are there. So I am going to just leave it as first connections and we click start collecting those profiles on the left hand side down at the bottom there. Now what you'll see from here is any LinkedIn page is going to give you 10 connections. So it's already collected the first 10 on that page. It is then going to continue to scroll through page after page after page and get me more and more connections. So it's connect uh collected 10 right now and the longer I leave this it's going to collect more and more people. So whether you want to send that message to thousands of people, 10 people, 20 people as it's got just now is entirely up to you. Now from here you can then decide what you're going to do next. So, at the moment, I'm going to click stop collecting just for speed because it's collected 30 for me so far.
[snorts] Now, it's got 30 profiles. It's got the workflow here of what it's going to do.
So, it's got that message, the predefined message that I didn't edit.
Now, you can still go back and edit this.
And it's got some other settings. So, postpone action.
You can decide what date you want this campaign to start on. So if you don't want this to start until the 17th of December, you can select that date.
Absolutely. Now there are some other cool features here.
Now you can stop stop the message going out if you or linked helper has messaged the contact after a connection date. So if you somehow got into conversation with that person, it's not going to send a message because you would look pretty dumb sending out a message after communicating with someone. So you can do that.
There's a tagging system if you want to segment your audience and you want to have maybe successful uh candidates or whatever it may be. You can create tags or if people have replied to you, you can have them as replied.
Entirely up to you. Now, there's also delay settings down here. And what it's got is some basic standard um settings here. It's going to do 10 profiles at a time. And then it's it's going to leave a minute gap. And then it's going to do navigate to profile.
Then it's going to take between 20 seconds and 60 seconds. And then it's going to click on message and it's going to wait between 1 and 3 seconds and so on. So it's all done with safety in mind. Now after you've done all of that, you're ready to go. Um now up the top here you will see there's information and you [snorts] can put whatever information you want in here. That's your workflow.
It will give you the list of profiles that you have collected.
It's also got a dashboard to show you the statistics of what's happened, how many people have been messaged, and so on and so forth. And what's been successful, uh, what's failed, who's replied, and who's messaged. So that keeps you up to date and accountable for the actions linked helper is going to take on your behalf. And you simply click start and the campaign will go away and it will do its thing running away in the background using those delay timers and sending all of these people a message to come and follow my company page on LinkedH helper. Now, I'm not going to bore you to death and sit here running through all of those campaigns and because it would drive you crazy. So, going to move on to some other cool stuff. Some of the other stuff on here will suit different people. Now, if you want to grab phone numbers, emails, social media links instantly from the linked helper database, you don't need to do anything here. So, you can get good data using the tool as well. So, you can do that. You can set up an empty campaign where you create the workflow by yourself. You can export profile information. You can scrape messaging history. [snorts] You can extract employees. And even if you simply want to smoo people, get in touch with people and use a much softer approach. You can even just simply start out by endorsing the people you've initially connected to and then go and create a second, a third, a fourth campaign before you start doing the messaging sequence. It depends how aggressive you want to be.
Whether you're in sales, whether you're in recruitment, or maybe whether you're a freelancer, it is entirely up to you what you do. So you choose your own approach and you can automate this stuff saving countless hours of time and it just works away in the background while you carry on running your business. Now that's obviously the campaigns section of things. Now they do have a plug-in store. Now one plugin that I would advise that you install straight away is the multi campaign runner. It's not installed by default. Now, it allows you to start several campaigns at the same time to keep Linked helper constantly working. So whether you want to endorse people and do a messaging sequence to a whole bunch of different people, you can do that. Now, they've got other stuff here where it can you can install accept incoming invitations. So, it will accept people's invitations to you on your behalf. It can send invites for you. And there's many other plugins here. Um, exclude plugins if you wanted to exclude people. If you wanted to um add an information tab to the custom description of the campaign, you can even have the inbox which is installed here. Um, the built-in CRM that we have which is there. Tagging system is all uh installed there for you. You can install custom template variables. ignore generic replies. You can attach personalized images, send reply to web hook, and so if you want to send it to a third party system, you can absolutely do that. Some people use the likes of HubSpot, Pipe Drive, and so on. So there's many, many plugins and options for you in here. Um, and you can remove first connections. If you want to go and scrape a list of people that you maybe want to remove from your list because you've got too many connections, that's also possible. You can invite people into your groups and [snorts] many other things that you may want to do. You can even follow and unfollow profiles.
So, there's a lot of stuff on here which are totally free to use. Now there is a CRM system and you'll see here anyone that you scrape through the system will end up in your CRM. Now that is where earlier when I said the tagging system was important because you're going to be able to go through your tags and you know you might tag someone as an influencer, you might tag someone as a premium person, you may tag someone as a job seeker or someone who's hiring. You can use this CRM to your own advantage.
But not only that, you can integrate with HubSpot through LinkedIer. You may use a third party CRM. And there's a whole guide on here and it will tell you exactly how to put that over visit and extract profiles. So you just add that to your workflow, send to HubSpot and it will connect LinkedIn helper with HubSpot via the O off section and you'll be able to go and use Pipe Drive close HubSpot and use your own CRM to then carry on with the process. So that is available pipe drive and everything else is on there.
capture streak high level. You can even integrate it with instantly salesforce zoho active campaign close. So there's a whole bunch of integration there with other CRM and you can also use Zapier web hooks and you can work with whatever system you want which I think is really important. Now one thing is safety on linked helper or any other automated tool. There is settings here where there are inbuilt limitations so that you don't damage your profile. You know you don't want to run into any problems. So there's a whole bunch of settings here.
You [snorts] can also make your profile work certain hours. It can even have a Monday off. You can you can select it doesn't work in a Monday and maybe doesn't work in a Sunday, but it can work all of those other days for you.
So, you can mess around and do random settings or whatever you want and mess around with all of those kind of settings there to suit yourself. And like I say, the the settings is is critical. I've used LinkedH helper for many many years and it is super important that you do understand that the invitations are there to safeguard your account to stop spam because LinkedIn are getting more aggressive year by year in what they allow profiles to do. So it's got to be done with common sense and that is why the limits um is is built into the system. Now is there life after weekly invitation limit? There's more information on the knowledge base on linked helper and it will tell you why uh and and there's a whole bunch of other helpful information on the system. So you don't have to be cautious of it. It's there. It is what it is and it's always stood me in goodstead. Now there is a knowledge base there with information about everything else. video tutorials, support, you can message them in WhatsApp, Facebook, and obviously they give tips of the day away as well. So, worth keeping an eye on that. [snorts] Um, you do have an inbox, so if you are sending messages, you don't need to flick back and forth uh between your LinkedIn profile and linked helper. So, your inbox will help you with that. dashboard will give you all of the data from your campaigns and the functions on here. If you sent invites to people previously when you were manually doing your LinkedIn, you can start withdrawing those connections uh requests because those people haven't engaged with you. They're not serving any purpose. So, the tool can automatically do that as well. Now, you've also got a list manager here as well. So you can do pretty much anything you want with Linked helper and automate the full process so that you can build up a good following of targeted people within the niche that you work in. And that is exactly what I done to build up my own personal profile. People very often say to me, Craig, how have you got uh a large following on there? And even when it comes to the network I have, I've got 30,000 connections which is the absolute limit you can have. So some of the functions that are on link helper where you can remove connections. Of course I have added connections that never ever talk to me, never engage with me, maybe don't ever want to do business with me. So they're not any use to me.
So you can remove those connections within the system as well. So that is why all of those options are there uh to remove connections. But you do want to go back and you do want to try and warm up. You want to engage like and comment in their posts and articles and try and start the engagement because no one's going to engage with you for nothing. So you want to try and work the system and then potentially you can work from there and maybe start trying to engage or you can start removing those connections from your system and carry out the process and build a bigger and better network of friends on Linked Helper.
Now, whether you're trying to generate sales and leads for your business, whether you're a freelancer or whether you're a recruiter, you can use any of these templates to go and either warm up leads, get connected with the right people, and do whatever else you want to do to get sales, engagement, or recruiting staff. It [snorts] is the perfect platform to do that. and can't talk highly enough about it. But like I say, they have a whole bunch of different people on here giving you tutorials and everything else. And the one last thing I want to talk about is the pricing. Now, this is the website.
You can download it. It tells you it's got all these users across different countries, instant support. It's been going for eight years. You can grow your network, build smart messaging chains, all of the good stuff with hyperpersonalization, all using autopilot. You can use the CRM and do everything that you want to do.
But the main thing here is the pricing of it. Now, you can start a free trial, which is 14 days. The link is below.
The standard account is $15 per month.
And if you want to maximize all the advanced features and take advantages for everything that you can do on there to get automated lead generation, then you can pay $45 a month. And there is obviously discounts available. If you want to pay 3 months, 6 months or 12 months in advance, you can save up to 45%.
Now you'll be able to compare the plans here and see the difference uh in terms of messages to group members or attendees and all that kind of stuff. So there is benefits to taking the top tier package and for £297 [music] or dollars per year that is an outrageous amount of value for money.
So, if you want to get involved with LinkedIer, you can use the promotion code Craig Campbell and make sure you get involved. [music] Everyone else is automating things and being able to scale massively on these platforms and you can do that safely. So, make sure you do get involved otherwise you're going to get left behind.
